SHIPPING POLICY

Here's everything you need to know about how your FULLOAT order gets to you.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship pan-India, to every serviceable pincode covered by our courier partners.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During drops/sales, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll flag this on the product/checkout page if so.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually on the faster end; remote pincodes may take a little longer.

4. Shipping charges

We offer free shipping pan-India on all orders, as shown at checkout. Any exceptions (e.g. promotional minimum order value) will be clearly stated on the site.

5. Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from the "Track Order" link in the site menu or your My Account dashboard.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is available for your pincode, it will show as a payment option at checkout. COD orders may be subject to additional verification for high-value carts.

7. Delayed or lost shipments

If your order hasn't moved for several days or tracking looks stuck, email us at hello.fulloat@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier.

8. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your package on arrival. If it's damaged, tampered with, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can sort it out quickly.
